How to Delete and Reinstall Your eSIM
Sometimes you need to remove and reinstall your eSIM to fix issues. Here's how to do it safely.
⚠️ Important Warning
Before deleting your eSIM, understand the following:
- Most eSIM profiles can only be installed once. If you delete it, you may need to request a new QR code from Roambit.
- Contact Roambit Support first if you're unsure whether your eSIM can be reinstalled.
- Your remaining data is not lost when you delete the eSIM - it's linked to your Roambit account, not the device.
When to Delete and Reinstall
- Your eSIM is showing errors after a software update
- You're experiencing persistent connectivity issues that other troubleshooting hasn't fixed
- You need to move the eSIM to a new phone
- Your eSIM profile appears corrupted
