Understanding Your Invoice and Charges

Every Roambit purchase comes with a detailed receipt. Here's how to find and understand your charges.

Accessing Your Invoices

  1. Log in to your Roambit account
  2. Go to AccountBilling History or Order History
  3. You'll see a list of all your purchases
  4. Click on any order to view the full invoice
  5. Tap Download PDF to save a copy

What's on Your Invoice

Each invoice includes:

  • Order number - Unique reference for your purchase
  • Date - When the purchase was made
  • Plan details - Destination, data amount, validity period
  • Price - Base price of the plan
  • Tax - VAT/GST if applicable (based on your location)
  • Total - Final amount charged
  • Payment method - How you paid (last 4 digits of card, PayPal, etc.)

Understanding Charges

Plan Purchase

The main charge for your eSIM data plan. This is a one-time payment - not a subscription.

Top-Up Charges

If you purchased additional data for an existing plan, this appears as a separate line item.

Tax (VAT/GST)

Depending on your location, tax may be added:

  • EU customers - VAT is included in the displayed price
  • Non-EU customers - Prices are typically tax-free

Currency Conversion

If paying in a currency different from the plan's base currency, your bank may apply a small conversion fee. This is charged by your bank, not Roambit.

Billing Notifications

You'll receive email notifications for:

  • ✅ Purchase confirmation with receipt
  • ✅ Top-up confirmation
  • ✅ Refund processed
  • ✅ Payment method expiring soon

Need a Modified Invoice?

For business expense reports or tax purposes:

  1. Go to AccountBilling
  2. Click Update Billing Info
  3. Add your company name, VAT number, and address
  4. Re-download the invoice - it will include your business details

Note: Billing information changes only affect future invoices. For past invoices, contact support.
