How to Request a Refund
If you're not satisfied with your Roambit eSIM purchase, we offer a straightforward refund process.
Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a refund if:
- ✅ Your eSIM was never installed on any device
- ✅ Your eSIM was installed but never activated (never connected to a network)
- ✅ You experienced a technical issue that we couldn't resolve
- ✅ You were charged incorrectly or experienced a billing error
- ✅ The request is made within 30 days of purchase
Not Eligible for Refund:
- ❌ The eSIM was activated and data was used
- ❌ The plan has expired (validity period ended)
- ❌ The issue is with your device, not the eSIM (e.g., carrier-locked phone)
- ❌ The request is made more than 30 days after purchase
How to Request a Refund
Step 1: Check Eligibility
- Log in to your Roambit account
- Go to My eSIMs
- Check if the plan shows as "Not activated" or "Unused"
Step 2: Submit a Request
- Go to Account → Order History
- Find the order you want refunded
- Tap Request Refund
- Select a reason for the refund
- Add any additional details
- Submit the request

If you can't submit through your account:
- Email: support@roambit.io
- Include your order number, email address, and reason for refund
Refund Processing

| Apple Pay / Google Pay | 5-10 business days |
- Refunds are returned to the original payment method
- You'll receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed
- Your bank may take additional time to reflect the refund in your statement
Partial Refunds
In some cases, a partial refund may be offered if:
- The eSIM was activated but experienced persistent issues that were our fault
- Only part of the service was usable
