How to update your profile information, notification preferences, language settings, and security options.

Managing Your Roambit Account Settings

Customize your Roambit account to suit your preferences. Here's a guide to all available settings.

Profile Information

Update your personal details:

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Go to AccountProfile
  3. Edit your:
    • Full name
    • Email address (requires re-verification)
    • Phone number
    • Preferred language
    • Preferred currency

Click Save Changes when done.

Notification Preferences

Control which notifications you receive:

  1. Go to AccountNotifications
  2. Toggle notifications on/off for:
Notification Description
Order confirmations Receipt after each purchase
Data usage alerts Warnings at 50%, 80%, 90%, 100% usage
Plan expiration Reminder before your plan expires
Promotions Special offers and discounts
Product updates New features and improvements

Security Settings

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

Add an extra layer of security:

  1. Go to AccountSecurity
  2. Click Enable 2FA
  3. Choose your method:
    • Authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Authy) - Recommended
    • SMS code - Sent to your phone number
  4. Follow the setup instructions
  5. Save your backup codes in a safe place

Active Sessions

See where you're logged in:

  1. Go to AccountSecurityActive Sessions
  2. View all devices with active sessions
  3. Click Log Out next to any session you don't recognize
  4. Click Log Out All Devices if your account is compromised

Login History

Review recent login activity:

  1. Go to AccountSecurityLogin History
  2. Review dates, times, and IP addresses
  3. Report any suspicious activity to support

Saved Payment Methods

Manage your payment information:

  1. Go to AccountPayment Methods
  2. Add a new method - Click Add Payment Method
  3. Remove a method - Click the trash icon next to the card
  4. Set default - Click Make Default on your preferred method

Security note: Full card numbers are never displayed. Only the last 4 digits are shown.

Delete Your Account

If you wish to delete your Roambit account:

  1. Go to AccountProfile
  2. Scroll to the bottom
  3. Click Delete Account
  4. Confirm by entering your password
  5. Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted within 30 days

Warning: Account deletion is permanent. All active eSIM plans will be deactivated, and unused data will be forfeited. This action cannot be undone.
