How to Reset Your Password

Step-by-step instructions for resetting your Roambit account password, including tips for creating a secure password.

Forgot your Roambit password? Follow these steps to regain access to your account.

Reset via Email

  1. Click Forgot Password?
  2. Enter the email address associated with your account
  3. Click Send Reset Link
  4. Check your email inbox for the password reset email
  5. Click the Reset Password link in the email
  6. Enter your new password (twice to confirm)
  7. Click Set New Password

Note: The reset link expires after 60 minutes. If it expires, request a new one.

Didn't Receive the Email?

If you don't see the reset email: 8. Check your spam/junk folder 9. Search for emails from noreply@roambit.io 10. Wait a few minutes - delivery can sometimes be delayed 11. Try requesting a new reset link 12. If still nothing, contact support at support@roambit.io

Change Password (While Logged In)

If you know your current password and want to change it: 13. Log in to your account 14. Go to AccountSecurity 15. Click Change Password 16. Enter your current password 17. Enter your new password 18. Confirm the new password 19. Click Update Password

Password Requirements

Your password must:

  • Be at least 8 characters long
  • Contain at least one number
  • Contain at least one uppercase letter
  • Not be a commonly used password (e.g., "password123")

Security Best Practices

  • Use a unique password - Don't reuse passwords from other services
  • Use a password manager - Tools like 1Password, Bitwarden, or Apple Keychain can generate and store secure passwords
  • Enable 2FA - Add two-factor authentication for an extra layer of security
  • Update regularly - Change your password every 6-12 months
  • Never share your password with anyone - Roambit will never ask for it
