Creating Your Roambit Account

Setting up your Roambit account is quick and straightforward. Follow these steps to get started.

Sign Up

1. Visit roambit.io or open the Roambit app
2. Tap Sign Up or Create Account
3. Enter your details:
   • Email address - Use an email you can access while traveling
   • Password - Minimum 8 characters with at least one number
   • Full name - As it appears on your travel documents
4. Accept the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy
5. Tap Create Account

Verify Your Email

1. Check your inbox for a verification email from Roambit
2. Click the Verify Email button in the email
3. If you don't see the email, check your spam/junk folder
4. You can request a new verification email from the login page

Complete Your Profile

After verifying your email, we recommend completing your profile:

• Phone number - For order confirmations and support
• Preferred currency - EUR, USD, GBP, and 20+ currencies supported
• Travel preferences - Help us recommend the right plans for you

Account Security Tips

• Use a strong password that you don't reuse on other sites
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for added security
• Save your login credentials somewhere accessible offline - you may need to log in while traveling without data

Once your account is set up, you're ready to:

1. Browse available data plans for your destination
2. Purchase your first eSIM
3. Install it on your device before or during your trip
